Pilotage charges

I. Transportation of Pilots:-


For the sole purpose of transportation of authorised pilots to and from their destinations, the following will apply:

Pilot Lobby (Hull) to Saltend Pilot Lobby (Hull) to Hessle Dock Pilot Lobby (Hull) to New Holland Pilot Lobby (Immingham) to I.O.T. Pilot Lobby (Immingham) to Immingham Bulk Terminal Pilot Lobby (Immingham) to South Killingholme Pilot Lobby (Immingham) to Immingham Gas Jetty Pilot Lobby (Immingham) to North Killingholme Haven Pilot Lobby (Immingham) to H.I.T Pilot Lobby (Immingham) to H.S.T Pilot Lobby (Immingham) to Outer Humber	£8.23 £8.23 £24.05 £7.59 £7.59 £7.59 £7.59 £7.59 £7.59 £7.59 £7.59

(1) The charges specified in the above list shall be payable in respect of services used on and after 1st January 2009.

(2) If charges incurred are not paid within one month from the date on which they become due, the following increases shall be payable.

Period after charge becomes due Payment after one month but not exceeding two months Payment after two months but not exceeding three months Payment after three months but not Exceeding four months Payment after four months but not Exceeding five months Payment after five months	Percentage Increases 5% 10% 15% 20% 30%

(3) This list cancels the previous list of charges made for the Humber Pilotage Area, payable in respect of services used on and after 1st January 2009.
